LAAN Chiang Dao offers one exclusive private villa, LAAN DAO, surrounded by nature and views of Doi Luang Chiang Dao. Enjoy curved 180-degree glazing, an Omazz bed, a Jacuzzi and a private terrace. LAAN is the accommodation brand; ACALICO is the registered company name.

The rate includes breakfast and dinner for 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, including children of all ages.

Third guest per night, based on age at check-in:
• One child under 6 stays free sharing the parents’ bed, with breakfast and dinner included; no extra bed.
• Ages 6–11: THB 2,000, including an extra bed, breakfast and dinner.
• Ages 12 and above: THB 3,000, including an extra bed, breakfast and dinner.
Select infant for ages 0–5, child for ages 6–11 and adult for ages 12 and above in the booking form.

Check-in: 14:00–20:00. Check-out: 11:00 (Thailand time). If arriving after 20:00, please notify staff or the admin in advance so we can arrange your arrival and dinner. Staff finish at 20:00 and hand over to housekeeping to look after the property.
Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.

LAAN has parking for 3 cars. The property is on a hillside, so low-clearance or lowered cars are not recommended. Standard sedans, standard pickups and high-clearance vehicles can access the property in normal road conditions. The final approach past the youth camp is a dirt/gravel road with a slight incline. Please check current road conditions with our team in the rainy season or wet weather.

Full payment is required immediately at booking, by bank transfer or credit card only. Cash is not accepted, including additional charges during the stay. Please read the cancellation and date-change policy before confirming your booking.

LAAN does not provide airport transfers or shuttle services to or from Chiang Mai. Guests must arrange their own transportation.
