LAAN — A private stay in Chiang Dao

LAAN is home to one private villa: Laan Dao. Its curved 180-degree glass opens the living space to views of Doi Luang Chiang Dao, with an Omazz bed, a private jacuzzi and a terrace for unhurried moments together.

The whole villa is reserved for your stay. The standard rate is for two guests and includes breakfast and dinner. A maximum of three guests, including children of all ages, may stay.

Bringing a third guest

Under 6: one child stays free sharing the parents’ bed, including breakfast and dinner, without an extra bed. Ages 6–11: THB 2,000 per night. Ages 12 and above: THB 3,000 per night. Both paid supplements include an extra bed, breakfast and dinner. Age is determined at check-in.

Planning your stay

Full payment is required at booking by bank transfer or credit card. Cash is not accepted, including for additional charges during the stay. Please review the cancellation and date-change terms shown when booking.

LAAN is the accommodation brand; ACALICO is the registered company name.

Parking and access

LAAN has parking for 3 cars. The property is on a hillside, so low-clearance or lowered cars are not recommended. Standard sedans, standard pickups and high-clearance vehicles can access the property in normal road conditions. The final approach past the youth camp is a dirt/gravel road with a slight incline. Please check current road conditions with our team in the rainy season or wet weather.

Check-in and late arrivals

Check-in: 14:00–20:00. Check-out: 11:00 (Thailand time). If arriving after 20:00, please notify staff or the admin in advance so we can arrange your arrival and dinner. Staff finish at 20:00 and hand over to housekeeping to look after the property.

House rules and transport

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.

LAAN does not provide airport transfers or shuttle services to or from Chiang Mai. Guests must arrange their own transportation.

Accessibility

LAAN does not have wheelchair ramps. If a guest uses a wheelchair, please contact our team before booking to discuss the property layout and their needs. Access to other areas and any assistance require confirmation.
